In my 1st hour Alaska Studies class, we worked on a paper on Changes in 220BC & 1700 AD for the indigenous Arctic people in Alaska. It was due on March 5, 2014. I got a passing grade (89%) which is a B+. As you might see, my mechanics(organization, ideas, voice, word choice, and sentence fluency) weren't as great as they usuallly are, I think that is my weakness for this paper. My strength was picking out what I wanted, and I knew how I was going to write it. While studying for this, I learned that Yupik people wrote about themselves, instead of having other people write about them. I thought that was pretty neat!
